How change is supported between live sessions — and held over time

IRIE™ is a diagnostic-led cultural transformation journey designed for real built-environment workplaces — not ideal conditions. It combines:

  • Human-led facilitation + coaching (clarity, accountability, change under pressure)

  • The IRIE Experience App (learning, peer support, and continuity between sessions)

This combination helps insight translate into everyday leadership behaviour, decisions, and ways of working — not just workshop outcomes.

Methods selected to match what’s happening in the workplace

Delivery is scope-defined. Depending on what Baseline reveals, your journey may include:

  • Coaching — reflective, non-directive support that strengthens accountability without blame

  • Facilitation — structured spaces for leadership (and team) sense-making and alignment

  • LEGO® Serious Play® — when building shared meaning, surfacing complexity, or designing future culture together

  • Targeted standalone sessions — where a workshop, reset, or intervention is the right tool for the moment

Methods are chosen for fit — not delivered as a fixed sequence.

The home of the journey — between-session support included

Culture shifts in the moments between live sessions — meetings, feedback, conflict, decisions, delivery pressure. The IRIE Experience App keeps the work alive between sessions.

The app includes (where in scope):

  • IRIE Coaching Companion™ — reflective, coaching-aligned support in real moments (non-directive; protects judgement and agency)

  • Learning Circle — peer learning organised by IRIE Stage, delivered inside the app (shared language, case learning, accountability, momentum)

  • Stage-aligned modules — short learning that matches where you are in the IRIE Journey

  • Prompts + tools — reflection prompts, action templates, and simple practice resources

  • Resource library — frameworks, guidance, and reference material to support real workplace application

As you move through the IRIE Stages (Illuminate → Re-imagine → Implement → Embed), the app updates what you see — modules, prompts, peer spaces, and Companion support align to your current stage.
