IRIE™ works in deliberate stages. The Assessments establish Baseline — the starting point. Organisational synthesis (including a Workplace Culture Snapshot Report) comes later and requires additional care, processing, and governance.

A Workplace Culture Snapshot Report is produced only when:

Chorus synthesis is in scope and complete
consent, visibility, and governance checks are passed
an organisation commits to a wider IRIE™ engagement
